I deeply regret choosing Cupic Custom Homes. The entire process was a nightmare from start to finish. Communication was terrible—they rarely returned calls or emails, and when they did, it was with vague or misleading updates. The timeline we were promised meant nothing; our home was delayed by months with no clear explanation. The workmanship was even worse.
