It's ironic that I used to have my Mercedes serviced at Cupertino Mercedes many, many years ago when they were in Cupertino, and I recently found them again in Sunnyvale. The first time I went to ask a question about a battery, Nicole was very nice and answered my question. Just moved to the Bay and needed to find a shop I could trust to work on my 2004 SL500. After calling around and reading reviews, Cupertino Mercedes seemed trustworthy, competent, and fairly priced--they exceeded my expectations. Nicole and her team were highly communicative, honest about what needed to be fixed, and efficient getting repairs done. I brought my 2009 SL550 to Mercedes-Cupertino for the first time to address the following issues: -door locks would not open with the key fob(not a issue with the fob) -Roll over bar would not come up -Check rear ABC suspensions -Check transmission mount I dropped the car off on Thursday and it was ready on Monday.
