Had very bad experience at the Stevens creek dealership. Glad that I found such a place that's helpful and transparent. Amazing work Nicole and Pearson!
They deserve the good reviews! Changed brakes at a reasonable price. Gave me an honest tip on the car’s shock absorber leaks, and its warranty coverage. If parts are covered by warranty they help you cut the costs.
Very good shop took my 2017 e300 Mercedes Benz to get fix for my alternator gave me the best price also they were very fast and did good job sure will come again 👍
It's ironic that I used to have my Mercedes serviced at Cupertino Mercedes many, many years ago when they were in Cupertino, and I recently found them again in Sunnyvale. The first time I went to ask a question about a battery, Nicole was very nice and answered my question. Several weeks later, my check engine light came on, so I made an appointment with Nicole to have the issue checked out and fixed. Just moved to the Bay and needed to find a shop I could trust to work on my 2004 SL500. After calling around and reading reviews, Cupertino Mercedes seemed trustworthy, competent, and fairly priced--they exceeded my expectations. Nicole and her team were highly communicative, honest about what needed to be fixed, and efficient getting repairs done.
