Excelente atención y profesional
Dr. Cuper Martinez was very attentive and thorough speaking with me and never made me feel rushed like I was just a number. A very kind and personable man. We reviewed my meds and what I do and don't need. He explained what they were for and was very attentive and kind. I couldn't ask for a better physician. Because of some family health issues he ordered tests too be sure I didn't need to worry about some of them but also chatted with me like a friend. So glad my mom was able to also see him. I had to pay extra for an MRI, because the doctor failed to forward notes from our visit. I called several times to remind him, but he never did. I was also disappointed at the high cost of the visit with the doctor. I paid my co-pay and was later told I owe them an additional $160, because I had not met my deductible with my insurance company. The doctor was also late to the appointment.
