Everyone is very kind and understanding and working very hard.
Absolutely terrible service. Mishandled my case from the beginning. Passes between lawyers. Illegible communications. They cost me thousands only to make things worse, then quit last minute because they screwed up.
Mr. Cupello is accommodating and very nice.
