I feel cupcakes are stale & it has a bad smell. It tasted old, dry, and was not fresh at all.
I highly recommend this bakery! The cake was absolutely beautiful, professionally made, and tasted delicious. Despite my last-minute order, they were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The cake was a huge hit with everyone at the party and made my daughter’s birthday even more special. Thank you for your amazing work and attention to detail. I will definitely be ordering from you again!
This is what I ordered. Hard to explain what the issue is, they all looked normal but I could somehow taste a foul old, dirty, nasty oven taste when I tried one. Not sure if anyone else has had a similar experience
I ordered my Son's birthday cake from here. We picked up the cake at 12:30 pm and as per the instructions we didn't keep it in the refrigerator till 6:20 pm (till the cake cutting ceremony). When we cut the cake, it embarrassed us a lot as it was very hard to cut it down ! . We were literally unable to cut it. Then my husband helped my 9 year old birthday boy to cut it hardly and he broke the disposable crockery knife while cutting but at the end finally we were able to cut it down. I bought a red velvet cake the one on the fridge to find out it’s very dry and the frosting is too oily & lots of frosting. They ruined my son’s cake crush photo session for the cake didn’t want to get smashed. I wanted to order the birthday cake but never going back again
