This Place should not b open,customer service was bad cup cakes dry and overprice I rate this place a Zero will never go there again.....
The service was horrible!! I felt as if he didn't want to help us. When we asked questions about the cupcakes (since it was our first time there) it was as if we were bothering him. He was so eager to get back to his laptop. I will never go back there again. The cupcakes were overpriced and dry.
Exceptional Service! I ordered cupcakes very last minute and Rachael was extremely professional & friendly and had my cupcakes delivered the same day for a birthday! I was amazed and appreciative that she went above and beyond to deliver the delicious cupcakes with such outstanding service. I highly recommend The Cupcake Shoppe! Five Star Service!! Yummy Cupcakes!!
