Terrible customer service. I ordered a dozen cupcakes via online ordering three days before I needed them. I showed up to be told they weren't done because they had a question with the order. They said that they sent an email and that I had not responded to it. I told them I did not ever receive an email from them. The response was "You will always get an email from us."
