Cupcake Island was Omaha's first cupcake shop, founded in 2006 by Ed LeFebvre & Shirley Neary. Upon Ed's retirement in 2018, we acquired Cupcake Island.We are sisters, Melany Dean & Crystal Ryczko, who share a passion for baking. We have been in our kitchens creating desserts for over 10 yrs. for all to enjoy. Terrible customer service. I ordered a dozen cupcakes via online ordering three days before I needed them. I showed up to be told they weren't done because they had a question with the order. They said that they sent an email and that I had not responded to it. I told them I did not ever receive an email from them. The response was "You will always get an email from us."
