I love the Cupcake Collection they have the best cupcakes. My favorite is the Sweet Potato, Strawberry, and Chocolate. They are always busy but get you in and out in a timely matter.
This was once one of my favorite places to go for desert, but with time their cakes have gotten smaller and they use more icing. I think it takes away from the cake. The staff is also not the friendliest.
Their cupcakes are absolutely the best. I ordered 9 strawberry, 8 red velvet, and 1 strawberry lemonade for my co-workers. They were fresh and very good. I wonder if they make birthday cakes, lol. Will definitely purchase again.
