Cupcakes are good. It was our first time there today and I thought the cashier lady was rude and didn't really make our first experience a good one. She didn't use gloves while handling the cupcakes and everytime we had a question regarding an item, she would just tell us to look right here and read it.
I was pleased with the finished product, but not the service. The girl on the phone acted like it was an inconvenience that I called to place an order, was more argumentative than pleasant and helpful, then rushed me off the phone and hung up on me before I could finish asking my question. I'm more than happy to pay $3 a cupcake, but I feel like that price should include a quality product and outstanding customer service. Great cupcakes, but young lady over the phone was very rude!
This place is so good! Some of the best cupcakes in the KC area. You must try the Bella Nutella and the red velvet! Go on Mondays, they are only $2!
