Edit- updated review - 9/26 This location repeated runs low if not completely out of things prettty close to 1 hour before close. This isn’t good for cupbop or its customers. This has happened repeatedly now and is becoming a reason not to go sadly. ————————— The food is AMAZING! Occasionally there is a lack of detail to customer orders; however, they are more than willing to fix the issue and are never rude and always professional! Incredibly slow service here - worse than any other location. They seem to “batch” orders for no reason and make food out of order. Most locations will make the food on the spot in an assembly line. Order -> prep -> go - repeat for all. Instead this place takes a bunch of orders, then make everyone wait 30-45m and then finally get everyone’s food out. Saw several people request refunds as a result

I’ve been to this location several times and won’t be back. Dining area is always messy. Food quality feels like it’s gone downhill in years across all locations. Overpriced for some rice, noodles and a tiny bit of overcooked chicken. I ordered two ugly bowls and it took 30 min and there were at least 3 employees. 3 people behind me got their food faster than I did.
