The food is pretty good, but when we ordered the other day we paid for extra protein in our pickup order and we definitely didn't get it. That's part of our normal order so we know what it should look like. When I called the store to ask about it the girl who answered was very defensive and rude. Just know if you pay for extra food you might not get it.
Free stuff
This has the absolute best Korean made-to-order "fast food". Service is fast and the food is wonderful. Also, we were told the noodles, rice, chicken and veg are GF/DF, so that is nice if that's a thing for you. We have been here 4 or 5 times for takeaway dinners, and every time it's been a delicious meal. This is some good eating for a reasonable price. (Note, the big bowl is a lot of food...i am a big eater and had trouble finishing it!)

The piggy taste like it was burnt we saw a roach on the floor dying and alot of things were sold out and with only two workers just letting you know not cool but great customer service
