We stopped here during a road trip so our baby could get a break, and we planned to dine inside. Unfortunately, the dining room was extremely hot—hotter than the 82°F temperature outside. Decided to dine in since our infant was having a hard time. The lobby was so incredibly hot, it felt like a sauna. Those poor employees forced to work like that. I hope they get a fat raise for providing great service in such a miserable conditions.

Took 40 minutes and they got our order wrong 🤩 I thought the employee was either hard of hearing or ignoring us, turns out he just had his AirPods in while we were trying to talk to him. Kept checking his phone while he was making our food. Also so hot and uncomfortable inside, no AC

Love cupbop but this location was so slow. We watched the guy making our food take regular breaks in the middle of making our bowls to check his phone. Not exaggerating, it took about 20 minutes just to compile the bowls.
