Unsanitary. Not fresh. Dirty. Disgusting. I was exited to try this place out but was utterly disappointed and disgusted. The person serving our food had an open wound on their left forearm. Did not seem to be clean nor was it covered. The food was not even warm when we sat down to eat. The chicken was dry, tough, and barely warm. It was basically cold. Same story for the beef. Food is delightful. I wish we had one in my home state. The katsu is AMAZING. 7.5 sauce isn't too hot at all
