Good Lord. I am done with the Herriman location. After several visits over the last few months I'm just admitting that the food from this Cupbop just sucks. I've never had rice so over cooked. The "Ugly" Chicken was God awful, like eating rocks. And you literally have to choke it down. This location is truly TERRIBLE and I will not be coming back. Ordered our food at 2:34 today 1 bowl 8 wings and a corndog. They served both people who order behind us and a door dash order ahead of us because they asked at 20 minutes what’s taking so long I asked at a half hour and nothing was made yet at the point either. Never had this problem at any other cupbop but the Herriman one is the worst. We would’ve got our food faster had we just drove to next closest one.
