ROZE IS AMAZING KIND SHE TOOK CARE OF ME IN A TIMELY MATTER & MY KIDS SAID THE FOOD WAS THE BEST!!
Showed up at peak dinner hours and they had no food. It wasn’t that it was busy, there was hardly anyone there. They were just not prepared and had no food prepared. Had to wait 30+ minutes to get my food after they had made more.
The manager here is amazing and took good care of us even when we came in a few minutes after they closed without realizing it. Thank you!
Alex is the man!!!! Had supply issues and went above and beyond to make things right. His team was stellar as well. Many places treat customers like crap when under stress but this team killed it. Food was fresh and tasty. Keep up the good work and share your attitude with other chains
