Dry, burnt chicken. Undercooked rice. Barely any sauce. No AC in the building. Nice enough workers, but very mediocre experience. We have been to other Cupbop locations so much around Utah Valley, and always had an amazing experience and superb food. First time here in Pocatello, and we won't be back.

I have been coming to cupbop since they opened and now service is very slow, and they are always out of Ingredients this is the fourth time i walked out. Im very disappointed with how the service has become.
