I visited the first time when they first opened. Everything was really good and fresh. I went again today and it was the complete opposite. I ordered the bowl with the 3 proteins. I chose katsu chicken, Korean "tender" chicken, and beef. Everything was extremely salty. All three proteins were so dry and hard. I paid a decent amount for food that isn't even edible. I had 181 points saved up to continue save for the merchandise that’s 500 points. Next thing they did was made me use the cupbop awards instead of the $2 dollars off coupon. Now down 51 points, manager blame it on the employee and gives soft crap sorry, nothing more. I miss the people beforehand. Thanks alot. Reward points systems suck. Do not aim for merchandise stuff. I still like their food. But now gonna have to drive to another cupbop place.
Besides the food, Josh and Irving were great. Treated us so good and made us feel welcomed. They made a 30+min drive completely worth it!
Really disappointed with our experience. We went through the drive-thru at 9:22 PM, and when we tried to order, they told us they had already thrown everything away for the night. The restaurant doesn’t close until 10 PM, so I don’t understand why they would stop serving customers almost 40 minutes before closing. We specifically drove there expecting them to still be open and serving food. Overall food was good but when we went a lot of items were not available that we wanted to try. It seems a little more expensive and complicated to get your bowl just right but the flavors were good. Customer service was great though. Workers were friendly and very helpful.
