This place is BACK! My family stopped visiting a while ago due to a decline in quality & service, but I visited again with a friend, and it is a completely different experience. I had my usual rock bop cup, with the addition of a k-dog because I had to try one from here. The main reason we stopped coming was because we kept getting cold, stale food, and low portions of it. Ryan is a LEGEND! Super nice and helpful! I have a peanut allergy and he told me exactly what I can and cannot have! Food was really good. I’ve never had a Cupbop before and I would very much recommend.

Update. The manager reached out personally to make it right. In the end we got it figured out. Got a to go order. Missing 2 items on the receipt. Have called the last couple days to see if I can get refunded and nobody will answer the call or return messages. Would like to not have to pay for products I didn't receive but they make it impossible unless you go back into the store to complain.

I have no idea why this place gets such fantastic reviews. It tasted okay but nothing special. The place was visibly dirty with trash and crumbs everywhere, even though it wasn't busy. Worst part is that our whole group had stomach issues that evening after eating this. Glad we didn't have to go on an airplane that evening!
