I LOVE Cupbop!!! I live 3 hours from the closest one so any time I come to the city I have to get Cupbop! Unfortunately, the last 5-6 times I've been the food has been cold, the portions much smaller, and depending on the location, some staff seem very blase. PLEASE get your food back to what I love so so much!!!
