Very quick and very good one of the only Korean bbq restaurants that I love!
Ordered through uber eats and our order was missing mandoo in two of our bowls, steamed vegetables in the other two, the sauce was hotter than selected and did not include the like sauce. We did order make it sloppy and thank god they messed that up too because it was a hotter sauce than selected. My husband couldnt eat much of his because the spice. Additionally, they were not kept in a warming station so they arrived cold.
Always a good time and a good value at Cup Bop. I've been coming since it was a stand at Rio Tinto Stadium in Utah. Hadn't been back in several years and it's still as delicious as I remember. You get a lot of food for the cost and the noodles and sauces are the best.
I ordered a level 6 bowl through the Cupbop app with the "Make It Messy" option, but it accidentally came with mostly sweet sauce instead of the spicy level 6 sauce I ordered. I stopped by right before closing, and although the staff couldn't remake it because the rice cooker was down or process a refund at that time, they were friendly, apologized, and took my information so the issue could be resolved.
