One of the K-Dawgs we ordered was incinerated. Surely this can’t be something you train your associates to put forth to customers. It’s not hard to say, “hey we messed up your order. We have a new one coming, it will be a few more minutes, we’re sorry.” Nope. Sending a customer home with a petrified K-Dawg was the smart choice today. 😵💫
I’ve come to this location several times and I’ve never been satisfied. Either the food is not good, or more often than not you wait in line forever. I just waited in line in the drive up window for 30 minutes while they didn’t even bother to make the food until I went in and told them I’ve been waiting. Some manager needs to get fired!
The past 3 times we've come we've waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Two of them with no line, and today they said it would be 5-10 because they don't have rice ready. I don't understand how they can be this consistently slow for fast food.
I requested a bowl with 3 proteins and cabbage mix, no rice and no noodles. I got one protein, no sauce, and lots of noddles. When you do a mobile order, I am expecting the person to be extra careful when putting the food together. I realized the order was incorrect when I got home; 20 mins away.
