Came in on Friday 6/5 and went through the drive thru later to find a band-aid in my k dog I called them immediately when I saw it and asked for a refund. The lady said we can’t do it you have to come in and I told her I could come in around 1230pm the next day and she said she will notify the manager on duty. Cupbop has always been decent, but whatever happened to this place is a complete disaster. The owners clearly checked out a long time ago and are perfectly fine watching their business rot. They’ve handed the keys to a bunch of apathetic teenagers who have zero pride or accountability, and it shows. I stood there and watched one poor girl completely freeze up like a deer in the headlights while orders stacked up and the line grew.
