I was early for an online pickup and the guy at the window said they wouldn’t start making it, even though I was only one of two people in the drive thru. I asked if they would make it if I placed a “new” order at the window and he said yes. Really? I have to back out of the drive thru and sit in the parking lot for 6 min because you won’t start an online order when you’re not busy?

Me and my boyfriend walked in and ordered. The cashier was so sweet and she helped us decide what we wanted. She was incredible. She accidentally clicked cash instead of card. A man with glasses came over to help, I’m assuming he was a shift lead or manager, he was being very passive aggressive to her and just overall not very nice. Everything was good but I hope the staff treats the cashier well because he was very disrespectful to her.

1st time ! Good food small place not many places to sit if it's busy but worth it. Update several moons later.. if there are 2 people ahead of you plan on waiting 20 minutes to get your food they are SUPER SLOW !! But still good food.

Cupbop has always been a fave of mine until recently, especially at this location. The food every time makes me slightly sick (except the KDogs which are my absolute fave ever) and tell me what’s the point of having a drive thru when half the time it’s not open? And they are ALWAYS understaffed. There needs to be a change here, very unsatisfied
