One of my favorite fast food places
It is very expensive for how much food you get. Depends on the staff if the food is good or not to good. The ordering process and menu is very confusing.
I requested my entrée plain, but it was served with sauce. The order took too long, was rushed into a sack, and I then waited again to address the mistake. No one offered to remake it. Instead, I got a blank, dismissive look from a staff member who wasn’t engaged in basic customer service. I was told, curtly, that my only option was a refund the next day.
