Fantastic customer service !! I purchased a used hayabusa and upon closer inspection of the bike after I got it home i found a few niggles . After only a couple of friendly emails the guys at the shop had the situation dealt with rapidly ! No hassles no arguments they just dealt with the problem in a way that suited them and myself . Cheers to Alan for sorting out the sale and Rodger for fixing the issue with zero hassle .
Brilliant dealership, customer service was spot on from the very start, Alan, Jaime, Dave and Paul were helpful down to earth lads I purchased a motorcycle without viewing it in person due to distance, I made multiple phone calls requesting images and info etc and the team was very helpful and accommodating The vehicle arrived as described, the entire process was hassle free Cheers Cupar motorcycles
I purchased a motorcycle from Cupar Motorcycles, with delivery, over the phone without seeing it. It was delivered within the time frame allocated, and boy I was not disappointed.
