Best ice-cream in town. The wait may be 5-10 minutes, but it is worth standing in line. They are the local ice-cream shop and it is always fun to drive over there on a warm evening. There isn't a lot of seating, which can sometimes be frustrating, and the lines are usually long, but it is well worth it.
cup and cone I gone here for years, they have the perfect size little kids cones, and they have different flavors like pineapple that other places dont have. Love it
EXCELLENT! Just went to Cup and Cone on the 4th of July! They were open and the staff was fast and friendly! The sizes are huge! They have chocolate ice cream and make pretty much whatever you're craving. A great place to walk to in the summer!

Classic Neighborhood – Cup & Cone is marvelous because it has been around forever. Located right across from downtown White Bear Lake is this little makeshift shack amongst strip malls. No matter what the time or day (or weather!) there are always people there; families, buisness men and women on a break, or students that walk there from the nearby Middle School and High School.
