Put a $20 bill in the cash slot after selecting the $10 wash. No change and the wash was not acknowledged. Could not get my money to return. Touch free side on Sunday 08/03/25. Also tried calling the phone number posted several times. There was no answer and no option to leave a message. I usually have no problems with this business and have always been satisfied with the results of the wash. Disappointed by what happened today. Likely just a mechanical issue, but still discouraging.
Love this wash! Weather it needs a deep scrub or a quick spin through, my wash always comes out great! Their vacs really suck but in a good way.
