First of all, I think he is a qualified dentist, and his staff are professional. I went because they were the earliest appointment I could get in town. First issue I had was with my insurance. They had mentioned over the phone they were not contracted with Delta Dental but they could accept it. I did not realize that meant I needed to pay in full up front. So there is that. The crown I had done here lasted one year before requiring replacement due to food getting stuck under it and causing dramatic decay. I got a big "night guard" pitch from the dr. but when I asked the price he blew me off like it was beneath him to even broach the subject. The nice clerk out front said something like $500, and that I didn't qualify because I was a clencher not a grinder. Whatever. People need to upsell, right? Dangerously incompetent! Cost me my front tooth! This “dentist” told me that I had to go to a maxilofacial in Poulsbo when, in reality, after going to another dentist in Port Angeles, I discovered that it only needed to be filled, but I’d already paid Cuntington $850 for an appliance, so I had the tooth pulled. I let fear and money determine that I should use the appliance. One of the most nightmare decisions I’ve ever made! Caveat emptor! Beware! You’ve been warned. There’s a reason they are taking new patients!
I love this whole office. From the front desk to the dentist, they are all amazing. They are a wonderful team and they gave me my smile back.
