Living in East Gippsland it’s not as easy as in the city to get appointments with GP’s most of them are that busy they don’t accept new patients, at Cunningham Arm they take new patients and was luckily enough to get an appointment same day they are mixed bulk billing. Nice receptionist and doctor/ nurses very clean clinic and comfortable chairs in waiting rooms.

Feb 2025. Zero stars actually. FACTS: First told there were no appointments at all available for 2 weeks. Told to ring back in 2 weeks, on a Monday, at 8.30am, for an appointment with a particular doctor. Rang at 8.35. Waited with music for 32 mins, no phone pick up. Called again. No phone pick up in 25 mins. Rang the next door business who walked next door to get me a call back. Got a call back after 15 mins. No apology, just "we're very busy". Hannah and Alira at reception are great. Be warned tho, if you need scripts done for Webster pack you seem to hit a brick wall. It seems that Some of the receptionist will not forward script requests FROM THE PHARMACY to the doctors to fill. Then Faddy at the chemist has to constantly call me to follow up with the doctor. I ring the receptionist to follow up (as I had been asked to do) and then I get attitude because I am getting frustrated that no one is listening to me. Any suggestions?
