I've worked with Brandon McKeachie and Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals on several files and have always found them to be professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Their reports are thorough, turnaround times are excellent, and communication is consistently clear throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brandon and his team to anyone needing appraisal services.

Fast (appointment booked for the next day) and appraisal was completed a day later. Very professional. Definitely recommended

Brandon was very helpful and experienced. He was always punctual, and would take time out of his day to help me whenever needed. It was an absolute pleasure working with Brandon and C&R Appraisals!

As a mortgage professional with over twenty years of experience, I have worked with many appraisal companies. Brandon McKeachie from Cunningham and Rivard has been one of the best. He is a true professional with clear communication and responds to your request in a timely manner. I highly recommend working with Brandon and Cunningham and Rivard.
