Nice bike path. You can ride the bike path all the way to kissena park and back to Alley Pond park without even venturing into traffic.
For mountain biking. Use an app and go towards the trail entrance. Enough parking spots on the streets closer to the trail. Difficulty: Easy and Medium -- > follow signs --> medium has much higher elevation in the begining and it burns your energy fast before you get to the good spots on the trail. Lots of tight turns which you would want. Leaves on the trails and can get slippery if your tires' pressure is too much. Watch out for the tree branches, they are exposed like knives in few spots.
