I had issues with my mower so I called these guys to help me out. They were able to tell me what was wrong. They diagnostic fee was supposed to go towards a repair. The techs said they needed look around for the part to make a repair. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received any communication from them. I talked to the mechanic a week after doing my diagnostic on my mower he stated “he would call me back regarding my part”. Still waiting for that phone call. Best to avoid this service. Our camper wouldn't start while traveling through Grand Junction. They ended up doing three jobs for us: replaced the alternator belt, replaced a leaking exhaust manifold gasket, and replaced the carburetor. The belt replacement was okay, but the other two not so much. 100 miles outside of Grand Junction the gasket blew out again, and we had to go all the way back to have them redo the job.
