I had a necklace that had broken for the second time, so I brought it to Cunningham. Very welcoming when I arrived, told me what they could do, told them what I preferred, they reiterated what I preferred and confirmed they could do the fix. When I picked up my necklace, again, so welcoming, and while showing me the necklace confirmed once again what they did for the repair. So welcoming, so communicative and professional - Will absolutely be bringing any future repairs there, without a doubt!!
I came in just for a repair of a very sentimental necklace. It was an amazing experience he fixed my necklace for free and was very kind to my son and I. The next piece of jewelry I purchase will definitely be from them. It seems so hard to trust people and I believe this is one of the few that will do right by you. Thank you very much. God bless.
Went here for a custom ring which is very simple for an experienced jeweler to make; the owner said it would take about 2 weeks and can be expedited. It has been months and after asking for a simple correction, which would take about 10 minutes to make with the software, I have not heard back for over a month. My initial consult was about three months ago. Very poor service, I should have believed the bad reviews. To summarize, don’t trust any timeline provided. This has destroyed my engagement plans.
