We engaged Cunningham Constructions to build a 35 sqm extension to our 20 year old Queenslander. Alex easy to deal with from start through to finish during the 6 months of the build. He made what was at times a confusing process much more straight forward, helping us make sense of certifications, building requirements, inspections and other administrative hurdles. Cunningham Constructions transformed an outdated unit, leaky shower, crowded old kitchen, into a modern, clean space! They met every deadline, maintaining the highest standard of workmanship from the kitchen cabinets to the plumbing! Importantly, the site manager, Alex, answered every question or comment we had in a timely manner, accomodating our requests and concerns at all times. We could not recommend them highly enough!!!
Alex and his Team are amazing. Right from the start Alex gave me great confidence. He managed everything, was very available, had great ideas and advice and was totally transparent. He and his team were highly professional and just amazing to work with. Importantly, the results are fantastic! I could not recommend Alex and his crew more highly.
