Tyler, Thanks so much for the two beautiful decks your company installed on our home in North Pole. Is everything that you said it would be. The cost at first seemed a little expensive, however once the decks were installed, WOW it is underpriced my friend. I especially liked and noticed how the decks attached to the home thru he previously installed siding, making it look ultra Professional, WELL DONE. Tyler and John came up last Summer and installed a Fiberon Deck in the back of our house over looking our newly planted back yard . This summer they ( Tyler, John, Ethan and Josh ) replaced our old existing 31 year old deck on two sides of our home and butted it up to our new deck from last summer , it was a 3 week project . Had to have someone come out to fix multiple errors by this company. Tried getting Jade Construction to come fix it themselves but they refused to answer their phone after payment.

Tyler and his crew are top notch and amazing!!! Had a water leak in our mechanical room and called the other people google listed for water mitigation for Fairbanks....ughhh...like almost everything here, leave a message and/or no answer at all. We need help now!!!! Tyler answered the phone and said he would be right out. In under two hours he had equipment drying and a mitigation plan. He even handled the insurance paperwork!!!! We came home to Alaska with a bursted pipe and a huge mess of mold and bio slums in our boiler room along with water and mold in our crawl space. They were the only contractor to answer and respond on the same day within an hour and come out to my property to set up dehumidifies and fans. We had previously contacted Taylored restorations and they finally called us back three days later. Tyler also made a good referral for the repairs. Overall exemplary service and quality.
