Quality
Poor customer service and terrible account management. If your sick child needs to be seen but your adult child owes them money (less than $10), you won't be able to have your sick child seen. The staff is rude and just kept saying they were not refusing to see my minor child but refused to schedule an appointment. During this call they also violated HIPAA. We will be reporting to the appropriate avenues but wanted to warn people here first.
