It is most unfortunate that I couldn’t give this agency no stars. One star is too generous. The staff I dealt with need training in customer service… raising your voice, and talking over the customer is highly unprofessional. Making false allegations about conversations you were not a part of borders on illicit and tendering exorbitant quotes for minor work is outright theft. Stay well away from this lot!
Rude and disrespectful is the best way to describe the people at Cunningham & Co. A member of their staff was yelling on the phone when the conversation was not going their way. They take every opportunity to get more money and have no shame in doing so. If you can use a different company I would highly recommend doing so.
My experience with Cunningham & Co was fantastic. Starting from my renting application to end of the lease was very smooth. Cunningham & Co team is very efficient and dealt all property maintenance issue quickly and kept me updated. It was first time we leased from a real estate agency and we didn't face any problem at all. Thank you Cunningham & CO.
Just a very unpleasant group of people to deal with. In 20 years of renting, I've never had such an unpleasant experience. I've seen some rude and unprofessional agents in my time, but these guys and girls take the cake. I rented a property through this agency and every interaction was unpleasant, from signing the lease to moving out. Every time you speak to them or hear from them, there's a feeling they're trying to stitch you up.
Cunningham & Co have been managing my investment property for over 8 years and they have done a fantastic job. They are great at selecting and managing tenants (I've never had any issues with any of my tenants for the entire time) and they are great with their communication and keeping me in the loop. I couldn't ask more from a property manager!
