Had an avalanche bumper shipped to their norcross office and received my part significantly more damaged than the pictures of it showed and what the A “undamaged” condition would suggest, as well as the premium price. I would have been ok with it if the price and condition designation were accurately reflected in the listing, and when I asked for the price to be adjusted (only asked for <20% back to cover the cost of a respray) I received no response. Slow , never call back , make u pay upfront and online they state the wheel was in excellent condition. What i got was rusty to the bone wheel
Called this place Ready to purchase a hood they have listed Gentleman on the phone told me it would take him 3 days to pull. Told me I couldn’t wait for it at the their location for them to pull it. Was gonna purchase a bumper they had there also. They lost my business.
They where great in helping me with locating a hard to find part. Fast and reliable service. Customer service in the front and back helped out and where great. Will do business with them again for sure.
