Such an awful place to work with. If you're a current customer I suggest to find a different place to insure you. They don't call you back or return any messages and have full voicemail boxes. You will probably never get your claim resolved.

Clients beware! We retained this firm to file our ERTC. After reviewing our payroll info they gave us an estimated credit and charged us 50% of their 10% fee. After LONG delays, they finally put the package together with a credit 30% LESS than expected. We filed and waited several months for our government check. The IRS then let us know the filing had errors, items Cunningham overlooked. Now we are delayed another 3-8 months. The firm accepted no responsibility for any of it!!
