If i could give Dr Alan Cunneen zero stars, I would. My 13 week old premature twins had runny noses, chesty/wheezy coughs, reduced feeds and occasional projectile vomiting of feeds due to their cough. As per the clinic policy, the twins completed a RAT test which return positive for RSV. One word- misogynist. My sister came home in tears after seeing this "doctor" a couple of months ago. He spent the appointment berating her when she was mentally and physically unwell. He then charged her for blood & urine tests which should have been bulkbilled. Disgraceful human being. Avoid this manchild at all costs.

I rarely want to give any bad review to anyone but we had such a bad experience at this clinic and will not come back. We were refused to be seen by Dr Alan Cunneen unless we do the 4 in one test $16 that has to be purchased in the pharmacy within. We were told to sit in the car and if test positive for Covid, rsv, flu the doctor will call us and do teleconsultation. My son has negative test for all and we were told to go to the backyard gate outdoor next the bin to have the consultation. Never have I experienced the doctor ... read more

He is knowledgable, thorough and i recommend him. He is straight forward but I like that in a GP as he tells you the truth, not what you want to hear.
