A blissful experience! Such a great natural outdoor setting on the banks of the river, beautiful facilities and staff were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
Have been here previously . The price has increased . Was disappointed that the float pool was nit in operation and we were not told this on arrival as that is why we took our friends there ...we should have been offered a discount for not all services being available . The girl on reception should have told us ...but it's still a nice spot to visit
Need more ticketing options. At most I would be here 40 minutes and at this price point, it is nonsensical to spend that much money on a bath. Unfortunately this experience is pitched to the higher end market that don’t mind blowing almost $100 for a couple. Good for the wealthy but not good for the pensioners or people on a tight budget. There are plenty of examples around Australia where the hot bore water springs experience is openly shared for all to enjoy and equity is valued over indulgence.
Well worth the stop, spend the day! Beautiful facilities and very very attentive staff. Had a relaxing morning in the hot springs. Would definitely come back!
Very good. Worth the money. We went as a group of 4 people at 7am to watch the sunrise. Would highly recommend this time and very quiet. Relaxation room is a great way to end the experience
