Was hoping for great pasta with the hour long wait outside. Our cannelloni was soggy and flavorless. The waitress never refilled our drinks and was rarely seen, maybe she needed less tables. Not a great experience and wish we had chosen a different restaurant on the hill.
They don't take reservations but it is worth the wait. I especially love the tutamare
Their grilled shrimp scampi is not on the menu, but you can still ask for it! The service is always impeccable & the food is outstanding!
Great salad! Always bring my out of town guests here for a flavor of the Hill.
Simply the best Italian food in Saint Louis. Cunetto's has the best lasagna I have ever had, and coupled with some fine wine, it makes you want to stick around and tell stories all night! Bravo to Frank and the rest of the staff on an overalll great experience!
Prices are mind-blowingly low for such high quality food and service. Decor is dated, but I don't go there to marvel at the carpeting. Om nom nom!! :) :)
WONDERFUL FOOD! Great atmosphere and staff! Reasonably priced.
My husband and I are from Texas and on our visit to STL the locals suggested Cunetto's. The food was wonderful and well worth the wait. Obviously the STL Lady was on crack when she wrote her review. I agree with the other reviewers that this is one of the best Italian restaurants.
