If I could give them ZERO I would! I called this company last week on Monday to come out and give me a quote on trimming back our maple tree and removing stumps from our yard. Richard came out and was very sweet in the BEGINNING! He gave us a quote that we loved and chose to go with them. I called him back and he told me that he would call me the following week as they were booked up that week. After our more recent weather warnings, winds nearly uprooted a front public tree so bad that it was leaning toward a collapse in the middle of the road, taking out all the wires if it remained. Literally three days ago I alerted emergency services who even drove out in their fire truck to assess and drove away. I also phoned AES Ohio since they have the electric hazard responsibility (the tree was between wires). Don't ask me why they, AES Ohio, also showed up to assess to drive away. I was also blamed for the bad job his workers performed. Even though I was not home when the job was being done and my neighbors met me in the driveway to tell me how bad of a job they did. The one neighbor took a card and was planning on hiring this company as well to trim some trees but after she saw the job they did she changed her mind.
