Terrible customer service for IRA accounts. Different story every time -- have been trying to resolve problems for four months. Always passing the buck to some other organization. They just do NOT perform in a professional competent manner! Will be transferring accounts as soon as they are corrected. DO NOT USE THEM!
I have sent requested forms to them three times. One time they provided me with expired forms and were apparently unable to process, and the other two times they claimed not to have received my forms at all. This has gone on for over 2 years now and each time I call, the representatives have a perfectly good explanation about why it is my fault. Do not do any business with CUNA if you can avoid it.
