There customer service was horrible. No-one knows anything about how to process a credit request, each person I spoke with was quick to pass me onto to someone else. When I got to the accounting department that processes credit request, she proceeds to tell me that I need to get ahold of a Sales Rep (Really?) The sales reps for our company don't process credit request, the accounting department does.
