Absolutely the worst experience ever. Cummings does not know what customer service means. Hours on phone just to get a status for routine generator service . Over $1000 for a routine service call. I would drive to another city for service rather than do business with Memphis Cummins again! Pitiful!
As an outside contractor. I find it weird you go through all this safety procedures answer 100 questions have to wear all this safety equipment and you look around none of the mechanics wearing hard hats or gloves. Some don't even have glasses or anything else on. Everywhere I've been everyone has to do it or you don't do it no in between.
I had a good experience here. Took a little bit longer than I expect it but It's fixed and it's running
Cummins in Memphis were very good to us when are motorhomes quit running. They ran Diagnostics on our motor, found the problem ordered the part and let us plug in in the parking lot behind their office so we didn't have to find a hotel room.
