Worst service experience I’ve had in 30 years. Absolutely embarrassing joke of an operation. Took a B-class RV in for generator work (Cummins Microlite 2800). They couldn’t fix it. Bought a new one… they couldn’t install it. $1300 later the customer gets nothing. Will NEVER deal with these idiots again.

Customer service is beyond awful. Save your time go somewhere else.
We trusted Cummins Sales & Service Miami Lakes with our motorhome and paid about $6,700 for service. Within a month, serious issues appeared that did not exist before: oil leaks from overfilled oil, a new belt installed incorrectly that failed on the road, and an A/C system overcharged, which burned the A/C belt and damaged the compressor.
They never sell the part or they don't have it until you give them the part number and show them that the cummins factory is when they start working and woo the part appeared
