I took my Onan generator to Cummins Sales and Service in Sumner, WA for repair I was told they would diagnose and repair the generator, but after approximately three weeks I received no proactive updates, and my calls for status went unanswered. I finally had to drive to the branch in person just to find out what was happening with my equipment. Really? Cool dealership, really fast turnaround time on diagnostic brought my truck in sure. Yeah, an ecm code, I totally figured out it was a trans code, really awesome. Jennifer was really direct to the Parts and What Needs to get Done. Pricing was absolutely phenomenal, would highly recommend them
