We had a DEF sensor go out while near Yakima. We made it to Cummins late afternoon and Susie and Josh had the problem diagnosed very quickly. The next morning we had an update, the part was being sent overnight by Tiffin and would be installed as soon as the part arrived. We had our coach back and were back on the road within a couple hours of the part arriving. Susie, John, Josh and Josh 2 gave us excellent service.
We had an emergency generator issue on our motorhome and we pulled in just after the opened at 7am and the got us right in! Big thank you to Josh and the front office crew for getting if call on the road!
This shop got us in right away when we had problems with the DEF header of our Tiffin motorhome. The work was done over a period of two days. The initial estimate was a large amount but we signed off on it. While we were in the waiting room and much to our surprise, the staff was freely using the F word in various loud conversations. Later that day after some research of our own, we found out that the DEF Header being replaced had recently gotten a warranty extension.
