I called to ask for parts. Bat was sent to some girl in India. No way of talking with parts department In Tampa Office , a very bad business.
This place needs to be shut down. I show up with my RV at 7:30am with a reservation over 1 month out, looks like an abandoned warehouse, they originally tell me I would have to go find a local business to sit and wait while they work on my generator as there is no area to sit and wait, and then tell me the technician called out sick for the week and won’t be able to help me and I drove my RV 5 hours to get here. Do not waste your time or money with this place. Go anywhere else! You have been warned
