This place is amazing! They worked us in as our generator just wouldn't stay running. We were made to feel welcome. Our dogs got lots of loving and we now have a working generator! It's quieter too! Bonus! Thank you so much!
Absolutely great, went above and beyond. We had Turbo problems with our motorhome on I40. We stopped by in early morning, they looked at and quoted us price in few hours. They had to pull turbo out and replace gaskets along with some other parts they had us up and running in couple days. Everyone we dealt with were super nice and very concerned. Thank you Cummins of Nashville for great service.
You’re gonna see five stars and one star in the reviews here. Let me tell you as a local: I had a bad experience. In my bad experience was the same as every 1 star on here. So I’m a little suspicious that may be they’re asking people to put five stars before they realize that they work may not have been complete. Although they are an authorized repair place, I am personally avoiding it from now on as they did not repair what I needed and let my rig sit for two weeks. $1200 for labor and the problem was not fixed.
