You’re gonna see five stars and one star in the reviews here. Let me tell you as a local: I had a bad experience. In my bad experience was the same as every 1 star on here. So I’m a little suspicious that may be they’re asking people to put five stars before they realize that they work may not have been complete. Although they are an authorized repair place, I am personally avoiding it from now on as they did not repair what I needed and let my rig sit for two weeks. $1200 for labor and the problem was not fixed. I have a 2025 Coachmen Beyond rv and the generator didn't work from day one. I brought it in to them not knowing anything about them. They exceeded my expectations. They were very respectful of my rv, by laying down cardboard and plastic making sure they didn't get anything dirty. They fixed the generator and it runs perfectly. I would highly recommend them. A+++
Try calling multiple times for parts department nobody seems to want to answer the phone , called back serval times keep getting transfered still no answer, leave messages no return calls, I know they’re not that busy been there a few times, tried calling again yesterday to see if they had a part for my generator and of course nobody will answer the phone again, left a message to call me back 2 days later still no call back, this place sucks, so we now go thru the store in Evansville they will ship parts straight to our hous... read more
I want to share my experience with the Cummins dealership here in Nashville, Tennessee. I dropped off my generator for service three weeks ago and have not received a single call or update regarding its status. When I reached out, I was only met with excuses—short staffing and suggestions that I should call in myself for updates.
