During the last week of April 2026 my 2020 Tiffin Allegro Bus' DEF Sensor failed. I had just arrived to Bluffton, SC and contacted Cummins Sales and Service for repairs. Cory the manager of the department was accommodating and able to get us in for repairs immediately (once the new DEF sensor arrived from Red Bay. Never fun having to get a generator fixed but my experience here was great! Everybody was friendly, gave a clear description of what was to be expected and walked our for less than what was quoted. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience, so any future generator services will be done here without a doubt!

I find this business difficult to do business with, Ms Jasmine answers the phone, she has a freindly voice but when it comes to scheduling service she is anything but helpful...
