Dishonest. Deviated from work order and didn't disclose anything to the customer. They did what they were in the mood for and charged what they felt like.

No asking, "hey we're missing the one part needed for your oil change, wanna reschedule?" No offering, " hey come back we'll take care of the filter that we forgot"... ?
